Zbiersk is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stawiszyn, within Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6km (04miles) north of Stawiszyn, 240NaN0 north of Kalisz, and 960NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

Climate

On 29 July 1921, Zbiersk recorded a temperature of 40C. Although higher temperatures were recorded in Poland that day, at the time they were in German territory, so Zbiersk had recorded what was then the highest temperature in Poland.[2]
