is a Japanese football manager and former footballer and currently manager of J2 League club, Iwaki FC.[1]
Yuzo begin youth career with Chuo University from 2001 until he was graduation in 2004.
Yuzo begin first professional career with Shonan Bellmare from 2005 until he retirement from football in end of the 2010 season after 6 years at club.
In December 2015, Tamura became a staff member in the reinforcement and scouting department of Iwaki FC.[2] On 1 January 2017, he was appointed manager of Iwaki FC.[3] Since he has not obtained the JFA official S-Class coaching license required to become a J. League manager, it was announced that he will step down as Iwaki's manager after the 2021 season and become sports director from 2022.[4] In 2022, while working as a sports director,[5] he took the S-Class license course necessary to become a J. League manager and obtained his S-Class license in 2023.[6]
On 14 June 2023, Tamura returned to Manager of Iwaki FC for the first time in two years, replacing Hiromasa Suguri, whose contract was ended after worst performance as manager.[7]
