Yert (Yakut: Өрт, Ört; Russian: Ерт) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Shologonsky Rural Okrug of Gorny District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 80km (50miles) from Berdigestyakh, the administrative center of the district.[2] Its population as of the 2010 Census was 544,[3] down from 596 as recorded during the 2002 Census.
