Yayvantepe ([1],) is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Midyat, Mardin Province in Turkey.[2] The village is populated by Arabs and Kurds.[3]

It had a population of 977 in 2022 and is located southwest of the Mor Gabriel Monastery.[4]

Demographics

The two groups living in the village are Arabs and Kurds of which the Arabs are Seyids. Both groups speak Arabic.
