Ya vizhu tvoy golos (ru|italics=yes|Я вижу твой голос; en|italics=yes|I Can See Your Voice) is a Russian television mystery music game show based on the South Korean programme of the same title. It premiered on Rossiya-1 on 14 May 2021.[1]
Presented with a group of six "mystery singers", a guest artist and contestant(s) must attempt to eliminate bad singers from the group without ever hearing them sing, assisted by clues and a celebrity panel over the course of four rounds. At the end of a game, the last remaining mystery singer is revealed as either good or bad by means of a duet between them and one of the guest artists.
If the singer is good, the contestant(s) wins ; if the singer is bad, the same amount is given to the bad singer instead.
VGTRK formally acquired the rights to produce a local adaptation of I Can See Your Voice in Russia, as per CJ ENM's dealing with Fremantle in November 2020,[2] [3] including with production duties assigned by Studio WMedia.[4]
Besides from the main programme, an online karaoke contest was also conducted in collaboration with TikTok and .[5]
Filming of the show took place at Cinema Concern Mosfilm Theatre in Moscow.[6] During the COVID-19 pandemic, it has filmed under implementing health and safety protocols.[7]
