Xiphochaeta is a genus of South American plants in the tribe Vernonieae[1] within the family Asteraceae.[2] [3] [4] [5]
- SpeciesThe only known species is Xiphochaeta aquatica, native to Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana.[6]
