Xiaohu Yu Explained

Xiaohu Yu from the Southeast University, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012^[1] for leadership in the development of mobile communications in China.
