Xanthoporus Explained

Xanthoporus should not be confused with Xanthophorus.

Xanthoporus is a genus of fungi, belonging to the family Steccherinaceae.^[1]

The genus was described in 2010 by Audet.

The genus has cosmopolitan distribution.^[2]
