XIX Form explained
The
XIX Form is a
Swiss single-place
paraglider that was designed by Michi Kobler and produced by
XIX GmbH of KronbĂĽhl in the mid-2000s. It is now out of production.

The Form was designed as an intermediate glider. The design progressed through several generations of models, each improving on the last. The models are each named for their relative size.[1]
Variants
- Form 2 S
Small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 11.81NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 26.5m2, 62 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.35:1. The pilot weight range is 75to. The glider model is Deutscher Hängegleiterverband e.V. (DHV) 2 certified.[1]
- Form 2 M
Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 12.31NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 28m2, 62 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.35:1. The pilot weight range is 90to. The glider model is DHV 2 certified.[1]
- Form 2 L
Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 12.71NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 29.5m2, 62 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.35:1. The pilot weight range is 100to. The glider model is DHV 2 certified.[1] Notes and References
