Wynn Al Marjan Island (ar| جزيرة وين المرجان) is an under-construction integrated resort developed by Wynn Resorts being built in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.[3]
The new resort will be located on Al Marjan Island, a new development in Ras Al Khaimah.
The property will feature 1,542 hotel rooms, 22 private villas, 20,900 square metres of casino space, 22 restaurants, 15,000 square meters of retail space and 7,500 square meters of convention space.[4] [5]
Wynn Resorts secured the first ever casino license for the United Arab Emirates in 2024 while Wynn Al Marjan Island was under construction. This will make Wynn Al Marjan Island the first casino resort in the UAE.[6] [7] Wynn Resorts stands to have a monopoly on gaming in the UAE for the first several years before other casinos open.[8] Authorities in the UAE have indicated that they have no plans to award additional casino licenses in the immediate future. [9]
By late 2024, construction on the property was progressing quickly. 55% of structural concrete was in place and complete up to the 26th floor. 73% of the guest rooms were also in place. Wynn Resorts expects a topping out by December 2025.[10] Wynn has also acquired an additional 155 acres of land on Al Marjan Island for further development of Wynn Al Marjan Island.[11]
