Wright is a census-designated place (CDP) in Ford County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 145.[1] It is located along Highway 50.
Wright is named for Robert M. Wright, a member of the Kansas House of Representatives from 1875 to 1883 and one of the founders and early mayors of Dodge City.[2]
Wright is located on U.S. Route 50 and U.S. Route 56 7miles east of Dodge City.
