Wouter van der Steen (born 3 June 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club Helmond Sport. He formerly played for Heerenveen and Den Bosch.
Van der Steen started his professional career with Eerste Divisie club Helmond Sport, where he was the starting goalkeeper from 2012 to 2016.[1]
In 2016, he joined Eredivisie side Heerenveen. In the summer of 2018, he chose not to extend his contract with the club as he struggled to secure the position of their first-choice goalkeeper.[2]
