Capt. William Ramsay Hutchison (16 January 1889 – 22 March 1918) was a Scottish international rugby union player. He was killed in World War I.[2]

He played for Glasgow District in the inter-city match against Edinburgh District on 3 March 1910.[3]

He played for Glasgow High School FP and was capped for in 1911.[4] He is remembered on the Arras memorial bay 5.
