Washington Township is one of seventeen townships in Kosciusko County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 3,025 (up from 2,996 at 2010[4]) and it contained 1,344 housing units.
Washington Township was organized in 1838.[5]
The Robert Orr Polygonal Barn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
