Washington Township is one of fifteen townships in Greene County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,017,[1] down from 1,186 at 2010.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of, of which (or 99.02%) is land and (or 0.98%) is water.[2] Lakes in this township include Long Pond. The stream of Fourmile Creek runs through this township.
