Winda is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 8km (05miles) south-east of Barciany, 90NaN0 north of Kętrzyn, and 720NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
