Vysoká Lhota is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. As of 2023, it has 15 inhabitants. It is the least populated municipality of the country.

Vysoká Lhota lies approximately 13km (08miles) west of Pelhřimov, 40km (30miles) west of Jihlava, and 87km (54miles) south-east of Prague.
