Vovkiv (Ukrainian: Вовків) is a village in the Solonka rural hromada of the Lviv Raion of Lviv Oblast in Ukraine.[1]
The village is known from 1447.[2]
After the liquidation of the Pustomyty Raion on 19 July 2020, the village became part of the Lviv Raion.[3]
A monument to Kornylo Ustiyanovych[4] erected on the territory of the Ustianovych Museum-Estate.[5]
Ivan Franko visited the village; the Czech ethnographer lived there.[6]
