The Vorona (Russian: Ворона) is a river in the Penza, Tambov, and Voronezh oblasts in Russia.[1] It is a right tributary of the Khopyor, and is 454km (282miles) long, with a drainage basin of 13200km2.[2] The average discharge at the mouth is 41.5m3/s. The river is frozen over from the beginning of December to the first half of April. Its main tributary is the Chembar.[1]

The towns of Kirsanov, Uvarovo, and Borisoglebsk are along the Vorona.
