Volkovo (Russian: links=no|Волково) is a rural locality in Vablinsky Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Konyshyovsky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population:
The village is located on the Vablya River (a tributary of the Prutishche in the basin of the Seym), 77 km from the Russia–Ukraine border, 54.5 km north-west of Kursk, 37 km north-west of the district center – the urban-type settlement Konyshyovka, 21 km from the selsoviet center – Vablya.[3]
Volkovo is located 24 km from the federal route Crimea Highway, 10.5 km from the road of regional importance (Fatezh – Dmitriyev), 5.5 km from the road (Konyshyovka – Zhigayevo – 38K-038), 0.5 km from the road of intermunicipal significance (38K-005 – Ryzhkovo – Lukyanchikovo), on the road (Ryzhkovo – Volkovo),[4] 16 km from the nearest railway halt 552 km[5] (railway line Navlya – Lgov-Kiyevsky).
