Vladracula Explained
Vladracula is a genus of fungi within the Rhytismataceae family.[1]
This parasitic genus was named after Vlad the Impaler because the Vlach nobleman is often credited as the inspiration for the titular vampire in Bram Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula.[2]
