Viti Levu snipe explained

The Viti Levu snipe (Coenocorypha miratropica) is an extinct species of austral snipe endemic to Fiji. A species of the mostly New Zealand genus Coenocorypha, it became extinct after the arrival of humans in Fiji.^[1]
