Vipin Kumar David is an Indian politician, social worker, and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.^{[1] [2]} He is currently serving as a member of the 18th Uttar Pradesh Assembly from Etah.^[3]

Early life

Vipin Kumar David was born on 20 April 1970 in Etah to a Lodhi Rajpoot family of Ganga Prasad. He married Premlata on 5 January 1995.

Education

Vipin Kumar David completed his education with a Bachelor of Arts at the Delhi University in 1991.^[4]
