Vinay Vilasrao Kore (Savkar) is an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra.[1] [2] He is a member of the legislative assembly (MLA) for Shahuwadi Assembly constituency of Shahuwadi, Kolhapur district, Maharashtra.[3] He is a former state minister and the founder and president of the Jan Surajya Shakti party.[4] [5]

In the 2019 elections, Kore won by a margin of 27,863 votes against Shiv Sena’s Satyajeet Babasaheb Patil (Aba) Sarudkar in the Shahuwadi constituency.[6]
He won the Panhala seat in 1999 running as a candidate for the NCP. Later, he formed his own party, Jansurajya Shakti, and won the Panhala seat again in 2004.[7]
