Vexillum longispira is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk, in the family Costellariidae, the ribbed miters.[1]

The Australian Faunal Directory considers Mitra longispira a synonym of Vexillum (Costellaria) radius (Reeve, 1845)[2]
