Verkhnyaya Kulaninka (ru|Верхняя Куланинка) is a rural locality (a selo) in Vodnobuyerachnoye Rural Settlement, Kamyshinsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 178 as of 2010.[2] There are 6 streets.[3]
