Velké Hostěrádky (German: Hostraditz) is a municipality and village in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.

Velké Hostěrádky lies approximately 32km (20miles) north of Břeclav, 26km (16miles) south-east of Brno, and 212km (132miles) south-east of Prague.
