Vatica glabrata is a tree in the family Dipterocarpaceae, native to Borneo. The specific epithet means 'smooth-skinned'.
Vatica glabrata grows up to 20m (70feet) tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 60cm (20inches). Its coriaceous leaves measure up to 15cm (06inches) long. The inflorescences bear cream-coloured flowers.
Vatica glabrata is endemic to Borneo. Its habitat is upper dipterocarp forest at elevations of NaNm (-2,147,483,648feet).
Vatica glabrata has been assessed as vulnerable on the IUCN Red List. It is threatened by logging for its timber.
