The Vaiphei people are an ethnic group who live in the North-East Indian state of Manipur and in the Chin State of Myanmar. They share cultural similarities with other tribes in the region like Paite, Thadou, Simte, Hmar, Zou people, Gangte and Kom (collectively known as the Kuki-Zomi people) or Zo.
