Fly2Sky (Bulgarian: Флай2Скай), is a Bulgarian passenger charter and ACMI aircraft operator based in Sofia.[2] It operates in the Europe, American, Asia, CIS and African markets with a fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft.

History

The airline was established and began flight operations in December 2016 as VIA Airways. In February 2019, it was re-branded as Fly2Sky.[3]

Since the airline began operating flights under ACMI/WetLease contracts, the company has achieved very significant and positive success, including having signed long-term ACMI contracts with some airlines such as Transavia, AirBaltic, TAP Air Portugal, AirArabia, IcelandAir, AirSerbia, SkyUp Airlines, HumoAir in Asian continent, United Nigeria Airlines, AirAlgerie in African continent or World Atlantic Airways in USA etc.

In 2023 the company turned member of IATA (ISAGO)

The company expects to get more aircraft as of 2024.

Fly2Sky announced on its LinkedIn network the massive recruitment of new professionals to begin the opening of its subsidiary Fly2Sky Malta which will have office and headquarters in Valletta, Malta. This is part of the company's restructuring process.
