Usmansky District (Russian: У́сманский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1910km2. Its administrative center is the town of Usman. Population: 54,027 (2002 Census); The population of Usman accounts for 39.2% of the district's total population.
