The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (Italian: Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale) - UNICAS, established in 1979, is an Italian, public and multidisciplinary Higher Education Institution. UNICAS headquarter is in Cassino while two branches are hosted in Frosinone, and Gaeta.

With 9 programs (6 Master's and 3 Bachelor’s) entirely taught in English and more than 1500 international students from 58 different nationalities, UNICAS is now established as a district for International Studies, a significant excellence among the Italian Universities.
