Union Township is one of nine townships in Whitley County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 2,625 (up from 2,244 at 2010[3]) and it contained 1,144 housing units.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of, of which (or 99.89%) is land and (or 0.11%) is water.[3] The stream of Emerick Branch runs through this township.
