USP8 explained
Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 8 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the USP8 gene.[1] [2] [3]
Interactions
USP8 has been shown to interact with RNF41[4] and STAM2.[5] [6]
Diseases
In a few cases of Morbus Cushing's disease, a mutation of USP8 has been found.
