USP8 explained

Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 8 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the USP8 gene.^{[1] [2] [3]}

Interactions

USP8 has been shown to interact with RNF41^[4] and STAM2.^{[5] [6]}

Diseases

In a few cases of Morbus Cushing's disease, a mutation of USP8 has been found.
