Typographica Explained
Typographica was the name of a journal of typography and visual arts founded and edited by Herbert Spencer from 1949 to 1967. Spencer was just 25 years old when the first Typographica was issued.[1] He also served as the editor of the journal.[2]
Typographica was produced in two series: the "Old Series" and the "New Series".[1] Each series was published in sixteen issues.
