Tyler Young (footballer) explained
Tyler Young (born 4 June 2006) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Peterborough United. He is the son of Ashley Young.[1]
Early life
Young is the son of Ashley Young. In 2014, at the age of nine, he joined the football academy at Premier League club Arsenal.[2] [3]
Club Career
Young was a member of the Arsenal academy prior to joining Peterborough United on a one-year contract in the summer of 2024 after a brief trial.[4] He made his debut for Peterborough on 8 October 2024 in the EFL Trophy against Stevenage, in a 2-0 win.[5] [6]
Personal life
He is the son of professional footballer Ashley Young.[7] [8] He is of Jamaican descent through his father.[9]
