Tusha Shinni (Bengali: তুশা শিন্নি) is a halwa dessert from the Sylhet region of Bangladesh.[2] It is soft in texture, sweet and lightly spiced[1] and frequently served on religious holidays.

Tusha Shinni is made by stirring a flour and oil dough into a hot cinammon-infused sugar syrup, then decorated with almonds and raisins.[2] [3] [1]
