Tselinny District (Russian: Цели́нный райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the east of the krai. The area of the district is 2882km2.[3] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Tselinnoye. Population: The population of Tselinnoye accounts for 32.2% of the district's total population.
