Trichostrongylus sigmodontis explained

Trichostrongylus sigmodontis is a species of parasitic nematode in the genus Trichostrongylus. It primarily infects the hispid cotton rat (Sigmodon hispidus),^[1] but has also been found in the marsh rice rat (Oryzomys palustris).^[2]
