Tretya Karta (Russian: Третья Карта) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Kirovskoye Rural Settlement, Sredneakhtubinsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 483 as of 2010.[2] There are 16 streets.[3]
