Transfiguration (Rubens) Explained

Transfiguration is an oil-on-canvas painting of the Gospel episode the Transfiguration of Jesus, painted in 1604–1605 by Peter Paul Rubens and now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nancy.[1]
