Toyama 1st district is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives, the lower house of the National Diet of Japan. It is located on the island of Honshu,^[2] in Toyama Prefecture. The district is located entirely in the city of Toyama.

The district is represented by Hiroaki Tabata of the Liberal Democratic Party.^{[3] [4]}
