Tore Halvorsen born October 13, 1949, in Rendalen, Norway is a Norwegian musician. He is best known as the former lead vocalist of Ole Ivars and Katho. He is considered Norway's most famous Dansband musician and as having contributed to its rise in popularity.[1]

He was a member of Katho during the 1970s and 1980s. In 1988, he became a member of Ole Ivars, where he would serve as their lead vocalist until 2018. He released his first solo album in 2020.[2]
