Tomoya was born in Saitama.
Tomoya made his debut for Omiya against Sagamihara on the 21 March 2021.[1] He scored his first goal for the club against V-Varen Nagasaki on the 27 March 2021, scoring in the 71st minute.[2]
Tomoya made his debut for Ehime against Azul Claro Numazu on the 15 May 2022.[3] He scored his first goal for the club against Vanraure Hachinohe on the 29 May 2022, scoring in the 70th minute.[4]
