In the years 2013-2017 he was elected on behalf of the Meretz faction to the Histadrut House of Selectmen. Since 2016, he has been working concurrently with his party activities as the secretary of a trade union in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa area of the Histadrut, and is involved in accompanying workers' committees and promoting organizations.
