Tołkiny is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Korsze, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9km (06miles) south-east of Korsze, 110NaN0 west of Kętrzyn, and 600NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. According to the findings of German genealogists, the Tolkien family probably comes from Tołkiny.[2] [3] [4]
