Tixtla de Guerrero (pronounced as /es/, in Nahuatl languages ˈtiʃt͡ɬa/) is a municipality in the Mexican state of Guerrero. The municipal seat lies at Tixtla de Guerrero. The municipality covers an area of 290km2.

As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 37,300.[1]
