They Don't Teach This Shit in School is the debut album by Damien Dempsey released in March 2000 on the Zincfence label.

The album contains a re-recorded version of one of his best-known singles, "Dublin Town". They Don't Teach This Shit in School was re-issued in October 2005 on the Sony BMG label in Ireland, IRL in the UK, and UFO Music/Clear Records in the U.S.

The album has now been deleted.[1]
