The Wisdom Bridge Explained

The Wisdom Bridge is a 2022 book written by Kamlesh Patel, a spiritual leader and the global guide of Heartfulness meditation.[1] [2] [3] It discusses nine principles of effective parenting. The book reflects on holistic growth of children focussing on their spiritual, mental, physical and emotional nourishment. The book also covers the concept of "Halo Parenting", which involves groups of people other than parents who can also prove to be torch bearers for the child's wisdom.[4] The book also stresses on the role of epigenetics in nurturing an individual.[5]

The book was reviewed by Pullela Gopichand, Suresh Prabhu,[6] and Milee Ashwarya, publisher of Ebury Publishing and Vintage.[7] [8]

The Wisdom Bridge was one of the winners of the Golden Book Awards in 2023.[9]
