The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger is an American historical drama television series, which aired on the INSP network from January 11 to March 14, 2024.[1]
The series was initially renewed for a second season in April 2024,[2] but INSP later reversed its order and canceled the series after one season.[3]
The television series follows the mountain man, Jim Bridger, through the Western frontier. Numerous stories and tales develop as a new wave of Americans head west. His legendary status during this historic period is told with the various instances he helps Americans in life-and-death situations.[4] [5]
The debut episode depicts when Bridger's second-in-command begins to rule the camp with violence to improve camp discipline. Other episodes in the season follow the characters within Bridger's camp as they head into uncharted territory.[6]
